By bus
An alternative is to walk uphill from the station to St-François, then take bus 6 towards Praz-Séchaud to Allières/CHUV. Continue on foot to the main hospital building. The m2 is the more direct option from the railway station.
Check the official bus 6 timetable and the tl journey planner for your travel date, current stops and any diversions. The bus option includes walking at both ends.

Travelling to Lausanne
We recommend travelling by public transport. Plan your rail journey with Lausanne as your destination, then continue to CHUV by m2.
If you arrive at Geneva Airport or Zurich Airport, use the SBB timetable to find rail connections to Lausanne for your arrival date and time. Journey times and changes depend on the selected service.
SBB timetable and tickets · Lausanne public transport
Check whether your rail ticket includes local transport. If not, arrange a valid local ticket before boarding the metro or bus. Consult SBB or tl for current ticket options and fares.
Parking and accessibility
Parking around CHUV is limited. The Parking des Hôpitaux is an option for visitors arriving by car. Check the operator’s current access information and tariffs before travelling.
P+R Vennes, with onward travel by m2 towards Ouchy-Olympique to CHUV, is another option. Allow time for parking and the connection to the venue.

During the meeting
Programme and evening event
Consult the scientific programme for session times and breaks. An apéritif dînatoire takes place on 24 November; please select it when completing your registration.
Attendance and continuing education
A certificate of attendance will be sent by email after the meeting. It is separate from the continuing education certificate.
If you require continuing education certification, have your badge scanned at the registration desk at the end of your attendance: at the end of your day for one-day attendance, or at the end of the second day if attending both days. Ask the registration team about certification for partial attendance.
